For this to happen, OKRs should be well-defined and taken seriously. Count and measure the deliverables and activities that are important to achieve your targets. Prioritize them. Then, measure their results in a short time-frame like a week or two. If there are any problems, make the required rectifications. Link your plans to the objectives.
