Refund Policy for 1-on-1 business coaching sessions

Situations in which FULL REFUND may be considered : If Suresh Mansharamani is not able to assign you the session within 7 days of your payment. Please Note, no session will be given if you request us for the refund in this case.
Situations in which NO REFUND will be given: If You have paid for the session and We have scheduled the session within 7 days and you don’t wish to take the session in that case, no refund will be given to you. Please Note If You Wish to cancel it for any reason before taking the session, No refund will be initiated for the same. Please be sure that you really need to take the session before making any payments.
If you have availed the full services, no partial or any refund will be given in this scenario.
If you are not present at the assigned time, You must tell the coach at least 12 hours before the booked slot, failing to do so will cancel your 60 minutes from the package.
Usually, Session happens once in a week and Coach has the freedom to choose the time slot for you. You can request the coach to have the session as soon as possible but coach will have the final say in choosing the day and time for you.
